Joelie spreads positivity and kindness everywhere she goes, always looking for ways to help others. She fosters a positive, collaborative classroom environment where students are challenged with rigorous learning activities that encourage critical thinking and peer engagement.
Her support extends beyond her students to her colleagues, as she generously shares ideas, lessons, and resources to help everyone grow and improve. Joelie is an outstanding communicator who values diverse perspectives, ensuring decisions are well-informed and inclusive.
Not only is Joelie a fantastic leader within SHS, but she also makes a significant impact across the district and community. Her thoughtfulness and encouragement have been instrumental in making SHS feel like home for so many, including those new to our school.
Thank you, Joelie, for your unwavering commitment to collaboration, support, and excellence at SHS!
